Christmas - Navidad

I am here on the street watching the people buying a lot of food like it will be a starvation coming :D

All the centers achieve a high level of sales due to the tradition here that all the family buy gifts to all the family :D it is funny, nice and crazy from my point of view!
In Egypt we have a tradition as christian Orthodox, we fast before 7th of Jan by 44 day to be like vegan but is allowed to eat fish but is not allowed in other fasting . It is just allowed in this fast ( Because of:


First: Because it is refers to the blessing of food, the miracle of the five loaves and two fish. There are other miracles related to fish like a miracle fishing with Peter.
second: Because it is the food of resurrection: "they gave him a piece of a broiled fish and a bit of honey and took to eat before them." The Lord Jesus Christ himself said that he eat fish several times that he did not mention him eat other meats.
Third: Because it is the symbol of life; that it can remains alive amid the turbulent sea.
Fourth: The fish sign for Christians to know each other in the first centuries and the Middle East Council of Churches still sign up now and you can see a lot of pictures of Christ and the fish.
fifth: Because it is of the cold-blooded, which does not occur in the human temper tantrums and other animate, because the meat is very light, unlike other meat.


And finally:


it has been found that christian Orthodox in Egypt fast like 200 days in the year which is more than half the year, So it became allowed in some fasting from the second degree to eat fish due to in this type of mitigation to the faithful, especially the sick, the elderly and children because of the large number of fasting Church.)


Anyhow, I just clarified because some people ask me why we eat fish in our fasting and of course if you want to know why we fast you can ask me :D or you can go to the church!
We do not have a specific tradition but in my home for example, my brother always build a quit big belén, my mother put the Christmas tree and we eat fish in 31 of December due to the reasons that I mentioned before. And we celebrate the Christmas at 7th of Jan not in 25th of December.

Todos los comercios alcanzan un alto nivel de ventas debido a la tradición aquí de que toda la familia compra regalos para toda la familia: D es divertido, agradable y loco desde mi punto de vista!
En Egipto tenemos una tradición como cristiano ortodoxo, hacemos dieta vegana antes de 07 de enero por 44 días pero se permite comer pescado. Sólo está permitido en este ayuno por:


Primero: Porque se refiere a la bendicion de los alimentos, el milagro de los cinco panes y dos peces. Hay otros milagros relacionados con la pesca como un milagro de la pesca con Pedro.


Segundo: Debido a que es el alimento de la resurrección: "Entonces le dieron parte de un pez asado y un poco de miel y se llevaron a comer delante de ellos." El Señor Jesús Cristo mismo dijo que comio pescado varias veces que no mencionó comer otras carnes.


Tercero: Debido a que es el símbolo de la vida; que puede permanece vivo en medio de la mar turbulento.


Cuarto: El signo de los peces para que los cristianos conocen entre sí en los primeros siglos y el Consejo de Iglesias de Oriente Medio todavía inscribirse ahora y se puede ver una gran cantidad de imágenes de Cristo y de los peces.


Quinto: Debido a que es de la sangre fría, lo que no ocurre en el rabietas y otros animados humano, porque la carne es muy ligero, a diferencia de otros tipos de carne.


Y por último:


Se ha encontrado que los cristianos ortodoxos en Egipto ayunan unos 200 días en el año, que es más de la mitad del año, por lo que se permitio en algunos el ayuno desde el segundo grado comer pescado debido a este tipo de mitigación a los fieles, sobre todo los enfermos, los ancianos y los niños debido a la gran cantidad de ayuno Iglesia.)


De todos modos, lo aclaro porque algunas personas me preguntan por qué comemos pescado en nuestro ayuno y por supuesto si quieres saber por qué puedes preguntarme: D o puedes ir a la iglesia!
No tenemos una tradición específica, pero en mi casa, por ejemplo, mi hermano siempre construye un gran Belén, mi madre pone el árbol de navidad y comemos peces en 31 de diciembre debido a las razones que he mencionado antes. Y celebramos la Navidad en el 07 de enero no en 25 de diciembre.
